APAEA will only retain your personal information until it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.It follows that unless information must be retained for legal or archival purposes, personal information will be securely destroyed from APAEA's database when it is no longer required. APAEA does not share (sell) or trade Your data details including email ID with other APAEA members or any third party. Users have the right to unsubscribe from future marketing emails. To unsubscribe, individuals should click the "Unsubscribe"[pn2] link at the bottom of an email received from the APAEA or simply write to us at email@example.com
9. Refunds Policy
Payment for each service has a refundable and a non-refundable component. All refund requests must be received within 5 days of subscribing to and paying for a service. All such requests will be considered promptly by APAEA and processed accordingly. If the service for which you requested has not been delivered within 5 days of your refund request, a refund will be processed for the work not completed. The non-refundable part refers to all fixed costs (including transaction costs) involved in offering you (or have begun to offer you) a service and will be decided depending on the nature of service requested and the progress made on delivering you the service. All conference registration fees are fully refunded (minus any transaction costs) within 5 days of making payment. No refunds are permissible after 5 days have lapsed following the date when a payment is made.
Where Users do not prefer a refund, APAEA will offer them a voucher of the amount paid for a service for any future use (within the preceding 12 months) of any one of APAEA’s services.
